How a project runs
Five phases. You approve the model before we light it, and the render before we produce everything else — so revisions stay cheap and land early.
Scope
You send whatever exists — a CAD file, a patent drawing, a photo of the prototype. We tell you what we can build from it, what we can’t, and what it costs. No charge for this.
Model
We build or clean the geometry. If you have CAD we work from yours; if you have a napkin sketch we model from scratch. You approve the untextured form before anything gets lit.
Look
Materials, lighting, camera. You see a first render and tell us what’s wrong with it. Two revision rounds are included at this stage, because this is where opinions actually change things.
Produce
Final stills at full resolution. Animation, viewer, brochure and site are built from the approved model, so nothing has to be redone downstream.
Deliver
Files land in a folder you keep: print-resolution stills, web copies, transparent PNGs, video masters, and the source model. You own all of it.
What we need from you
The more geometry you already have, the faster and cheaper this gets. But none of it is required — we regularly start from a drawing and a phone photo.
| Best case | Native CAD — SolidWorks, Fusion, STEP or IGES |
|---|---|
| Workable | Dimensioned drawings, or a mesh export |
| Still fine | Sketches and photographs of a physical prototype |
| Also useful | Materials and finishes, competitor products, who you think is buying |
